Trading Terms
Garment cost
Prices shown are for the garment embroidered with "SPAR there for you" or "...toGo" as illustrated unless otherwise stated.
NOTE: All costs shown exclude carriage and VAT.
Minimum Carriage Charge
Our mininum carriage charge is £7.99 which covers parcels up to 1kg.
NOTE: This cost excludes VAT.
Payment
Full payment is required no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
Substitute Products
In the event of any garment or product being out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute garments or products of a similar nature and quality to ensure we do not delay your order.
Shortages
When you receive your order please check immediately that the goods are correct to the delivery note. If there are any goods missing you must inform us within 5 days.
Faulty Garments
In the unlikely event you discover any faults with the garments you have received, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges/Returns
If you order an incorrect size, we will exchange the unsuitable garment providing that;
- It is unworn, in its original clean condition, and in its original undamaged packaging
- You enclose a copy of the original delivery note, indicating the item being returned and why
- It has not been personalised with an individual store name, staff names, or back print
- It is from the current standard black range of garments, not the non-standard coloured range
- It is not from the SALE category - SALE items are non-returnable
Upon receipt of your order please note if the box or package is damaged or open. If it is damaged or open you must state this on the delivery driver's receipt pad
We understand that privacy is very important to our customers and we take our customers' right to maintain their privacy extremely seriously, and remain committed to protecting the information you share with us.
The information you provide us with is essential in order to communicate with you and properly execute enquiries and orders. The information we require is minimal and usually restricted to basic contact details such as name, postal address, telephone number and email address. It is sometimes necessary to keep a digital record of the information you provide us with, so that we may serve you quickly and efficiently at any time. This information is stored on our secure server and is accessible only by Genesis UK.Com LTD employees. The information you provide is used solely for the specific purpose of conducting our direct business with you. Your data is never shared with third parties for the purposes of data collection, marketing or sales.
Your contact information may be used by Genesis UK.Com LTD outside of a live enquiry/order in the occasional pursuit of direct marketing by us. We typically restrict this marketing to an annual brochure, and we may intermittently supplement this with focussed special interest flyers. We do not undertake email, telephone or text marketing campaigns.
In the event that you decide you would rather not receive postal brochures or flyers from Genesis UK.Com LTD, please feel free to contact us directly to let us know. We have the advantage of a direct phone line to our office staff, and a quick phone call is sufficient to make us aware of your preferences. If you would prefer that Genesis UK.Com LTD no longer holds your personal information, we will happily comply with a deletion request. This would only be practicable however, where there is no longer an active supplier/customer relationship ongoing, or anticipated.
